We may collect contact details, form responses, volunteer preferences, and administrative records needed to respond to inquiries and operate the organization.

Information is used to respond to requests, coordinate volunteers and partners, maintain organizational records, and send updates only where consent has been provided. We do not sell personal information.

Sensitive Information

Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms.

Website analytics

We use privacy-conscious, first-party analytics to understand how visitors use our website and whether our outreach is effective. We collect page visits, approximate city, state or region, and country, device and browser type, referring website, advertising campaign tags, and actions such as donation-page, volunteer, newsletter, contact, and social-link engagement. We do not store complete IP addresses. IP addresses are used transiently to estimate a general location, and anonymous identifiers are stored as one-way hashes. Location information is approximate and may be affected by mobile networks, privacy relays, or VPNs. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected.
